Accessibility statement

Compliance status

Céntrika's website conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA within the scope set out in this statement. The European standard EN 301 549 was used as an additional reference. This statement describes an accessibility evaluation and is not a certification issued by an independent body.

Evaluation scope

The review covers the public pages in Spanish and English, primary navigation, forms, frequently asked questions, services and pricing pages, the Cori assistant and the downloadable Spanish-language “Services and pricing 2026” document.

Checks completed

• Keyboard navigation and control activation, with visible focus and a consistent order.
• Voice reading and semantic structure for assistive technologies.
• Text and component contrast, content magnification and adaptation to different screen sizes.
• Labels, headings, text alternatives, links and interactive target areas.
• Tagged downloadable PDF with document language, title, reading order, table headers and summaries, links and bookmarks.
• Keyboard and voice operation of Cori.

Current status

At the date of this review, no WCAG 2.2 Level AA failures are known within the evaluated scope. Accessibility will be reviewed whenever new content, documents or components are introduced.
